Sunday, September 10, 11:00 am: Sunday Worship with Rev. Inanna Arthen, “Water Communion Service”

Join us on Sunday, September 10 at 11:00 a.m. as we resume regular Sunday morning worship services at UUCW with our traditional “ingathering” service, Water Communion, led by Rev. Inanna Arthen.

In this intergenerational service, we invite everyone attending to bring a small container of water that holds some significance for you. It might be from a place you visited over the summer, a place you live, or relate to something you’ve done or that has happened to you this year. All the water will be poured together into a congregational container and blessed. The water is kept all year in the Minister’s Study until spring, when it will be used in our Flower Communion service and then poured onto the church gardens outside.

We will not have Religious Education (Sunday School) this year, as our children have moved on or moved away. If you have questions are RE, please speak to Rev. Arthen or the Governing Board.
