Sunday, December 14: Chalice Circle Service, “Generosity or Charity?”

Join us on Sunday, December 14 at 5:00 p.m. for a Chalice Circle Service on “Generosity or Charity?”. We know the words, but what’s the difference between “generosity” and “charity?” We’ll share our perspectives on these two virtues in this interactive service of thoughtful listening. Note: this worship service will meet in the Fellowship Hall downstairs so the RE class can have the sanctuary for their “blocking rehearsal” for Christmas Eve.
Following the service, we’ll enjoy a potluck supper in the Fellowship Hall of “Leftover Soups” (leftover from the tree-lighting last night, that is!). Let’s warm our hearts and bellies with a steaming bowl of soup! Bring your own if you can, or anything else you’d like to share. All are welcome!
