Sunday, November 1 – 4:30 p.m. Worship Service, “Victory Over the Dark”

At Halloween, we often think about the contrast between light and dark. Sunset is an hour earlier, the days are getting shorter, and we decorate our yards with monsters and gruesome scenes for fun. But how often do we think about our inner dark side? Do we sometimes feel that we’re justified in not doing the right thing? Join us for a true story that asks whether we’re always sure who the good guys are.

RE for kids begins at 4:00 p.m. — parents, please be on time! Grown-ups meet for worship upstairs at 4:30 p..m, and we’ll all share a potluck supper at 5:00 p.m.
