Join us on Sunday, September 18 at 11:00 a.m. for a Chalice Circle Service led by David Faucher, “Letting Go”.
Sometimes you need to let your faith take the lead, knowing that although you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel it’s still there, waiting for you. On this Chalice Circle Sunday let’s share our experiences where we, like the stone skipping on the water, are supported on our way, letting go of our preconceived notions and trusting that it’s going to be ok. Join in the open, supportive, sharing, listening circle.
RE Classes begin this Sunday at 11:00 a.m.! Parents, please arrive a little early so you can register your child(ren) for this year’s classes. Our RE Lead Teacher Kirsty Erikson has chosen some wonderful curricula for the older “Questings” class and younger “Beginnings” class this year.
“Beginnings” class will meet at 11:00 a.m. while the older kids join us for the first part of the service upstairs. At 11:30 a.m. the older kids will go downstairs for their “Questings” class.
After the service, at noon, the UUCW Governing Board will convene for our September meeting. All members and friends of UUCW are welcome to attend.
