Sunday, September 21 — Autumn Equinox Worship Service, “Gathering It In and Letting It Go”

What meaning does the Autumn Equinox hold for us in the modern world? Join us as we explore the reality and symbolism of this pivotal moment in the solar cycle, when the harvest comes home and autumn begins. Our service begins at 5:00 p.m.

The children will go down for RE class following the Story for All Ages. We’re having a great time getting to know one another downstairs in Religious Education. We’ve spent time learning about how water (and our annual water communion on opening Sunday) connects us to one another. This week our focus turns more towards our place in our world, and the turning wheel of the season. Please join us!
— Kirsty Erikson, Lead Teacher

After the service, we’ll share a potluck supper in the Fellowship Hall downstairs. All are welcome!
