Sunday, September 7 – Welcome Back! Water Communion Service

Join us at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7 as we open the church year with a traditional Water Communion service. You are invited to bring a small container of water to pour into our communal container to be blessed. If you can, or wish to, bring some water that holds personal significance to you, especially if you were able to collect it while you were traveling or on vacation this summer. As all our small containers of water blend together, we’ll reaffirm our connection to each other and to the world around us.

We’ll be debuting a slightly different Order of Service, and we’ll begin a new RE program downstairs for the children. Following the service we’ll share a potluck supper in the Fellowship Hall. As always, all are welcome!
