Thursday, May 29, 7:00 p.m.: Movie Screening and Discussion–“Gasland II”

Many people have questions about the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and their early attempts to site a natural gas pipeline through our local communities including Ashby, Athol, Royalston, and Winchendon, but there are few answers. On Thursday, May 29 at 7:00 p.m. we will host a screening of the HBO documentary “Gasland Part II” in our Church to help provide more information about natural gas and the process of extracting it called “fracking.” Everyone from the area who is interested is encouraged to attend.
